GLYDE wetsuits are designed for a performance fit — snug on land, perfect in the water. They will normally give about 2–3% after your first 2–3 swims and mould to your body.

For the thermal top, height and weight are the best starting point. Choose Comfort Fit if you want less chest compression or easier breathing.

Performance Fit Snugger, less water movement, best thermal efficiency.
Comfort Fit Easier breathing, less compression, may allow slightly more water in.
